Managed two user forums for the Microsoft Network's Computing Central web site. Authored web content that helped non-technical readers understand and use new high-speed Internet and home and small business network technologies.

Monitored forum bulletin boards and weekly chats and provided expert-level advice to Microsoft customers on home and small business networking and Internet questions.
